St. Alban’s Intercessory Prayer Group
Every Tuesday morning at 11:00 a.m. you are invited to come and pray for the needs of our church, our people, and our community. If you would like for us to pray for someone or something special, please fill out a prayer card, which is found on back of the pews. You can place the card in the offering plate or give it to Father Alan.

Youth Confirmation Class – The Youth Confirmation Class, led by Fr. Alan, meets every Sunday at 11:45 a.m. through March 20th. For more information, please contact Fr. Alan.

Adult Confirmation Class – An Adult Confirmation Class will begin after Easter and will run for 8 weeks. The class will be every Sunday at 11:45 am beginning April 3rd and ending May 22nd. Please sign the sheet provided on the round table in the Narthex if you would like to attend.
All Hands on Deck Work Day at St. Alban’s
On Saturday, March 19th, the parish will be conducting a work day both inside and outside our wonderful facility in preparation for Holy Week. One of our main task on the outside is to mulch the flower and shrub beds with the pecan shells that have been delivered and to clean up the grounds for the Easter Egg Hunt that will take place on March 27th.
The inside work will spruce up our Parish Hall and other areas as we prepare to welcome our large group of worshipers on Easter Sunday. We will begin at 9 am and should be finished by lunch. Please contact Mallory Sanders for any specific area of our facilities that we need to address.
GA CHIP Program – “Georgia Child Identification Program”
St. Alban’s will be hosting the “Georgia Child Identification Program” in the Parish Hall, on Saturday, March 12, 2016,
from 9 am to 1:30 pm.
It is completely FREE of charge to all families with children up to 18 years of age.

Lenten Supper and Program
March 9th and March 16th – 6:00 p.m.
Join us on these Wednesday evenings during Lent for a light supper and a program about the Seven Covenants from God presented by Fr. Alan.
Please volunteer to help provide the Lenten Suppers by signing up on the sheet provided in the Narthex.
Community Mid-Week Lenten Services
The 2016 MAMA (Monroe Area Ministerial Association) Lenten Wednesday noon worship service schedule is as follows:
March 9th- St. Anna’s Catholic Church
March 16th- 1st United Methodist Church
An optional light lunch will be provided for all in attendance each week.
Easter Lilies for Our Sanctuary
Anyone desiring to make a contribution toward Easter Flowers, please use the envelopes that are in the pews. Put your name and the name of the person to be honored or memorialized on the envelope. Also, on the memo line of your check, please indicate “For Easter Flowers.”

Easter Egg Hunt
We will have an Easter Egg Hunt after the worship service on Easter morning, March 27th. Members are invited to participate by donating plastic eggs filled with candy, trinkets, or coins. Eggs will be collected each Sunday in a box in the lobby of the Parish Hall.
